During [[Chalice Wong]]’s [[Permadroned Years]], [[Dr. James Moonweed Wong]] and [[Chairman Ava]] repaired Orlando with a new Destiny BOB and initiated [[The Orlando Study]] to understand the effects of Destiny BOB on “broken subjects” suffering from acute anomie.
