[[Sunset Mansions]] is a first generation apartment arcology in [[New Vancouver]]. It is known for its autonomous governance model that incentivizes indoor medicinal farming. It is the first residential development to integrate personal [[shuttle]] docks on each apartment's balcony landings. Numerous apartments are leased by [[Zoroaster Immeasurables (ZIM)| ZIM]]. Notable residents include [[Dr. James Moonweed Wong]] and [[Chalice Wong]]. Its name Sunset Mansions derives from its ultra-reflective exterior surfacing that bounces excess unwanted [[sun]]light onto neighboring developments. This feature was forgiven and forgotten after public anger shifted to the ultra-ultra-reflective [[Solar Towers]] completed construction nearby.
