A Jewel is the common name for a neural hardware needle placed between a person's eyes that houses the unique neurographic key for pairing with their Bag Of Beliefs (BOB). In the Wavyverse, a Jewel is symbolically represented as a landmark for returning to one's body conflux.
When active, a jewels shimmers, but once the host terminates a BOB contract, it typically turns a flat color before being physically removed.
