The <b>Tour de Oceania medal</b> was awarded to star cyclist [[Orlando de Blair]] for placing first place in the 2074 race. It is nicknamed the Destiny Medal on account of the controversy that Orlando's performance was mentally aided by his [[Destiny BOB]]. Many in the cycling community consider Orlando's use of Destiny BOB to be pain-absolving, and therefore am unfair performance enhancing advantage.
