The Tour de Oceania medal was awarded to star cyclist Orlando de Blair for placing first place in the 2074 race. It is nicknamed the Destiny Medal on account of the controversy that Orlando's performance was mentally aided by his Destiny BOB. Many in the cycling community consider Orlando's use of Destiny BOB to be pain-absolving, and therefore am unfair performance enhancing advantage.
