While in the Wavyverse, a Conflux can enter into another, discrete conflux, creating the experience of a "leak" into the formerly separate conflux. Leaks can also happen between IRL moments into a Conflux, often when the events happening IRL are sensorially strong enough to jolt the human host into a conscious awareness of what's happening IRL while they are droning.
