BOBs are created by Zoroaster Immeasurables (ZIM), a pioneer in neural augmentation and invented by its chief scientist and neural engineer Dr. James Moonweed Wong. To date, ZIM has shipped Task BOBs, Affirmation BOBs, and [[Destiny BOB]s].
